Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Plusvisa Inc., a Delaware C Corporation ("Plusvisa", "we", "us"). They apply when you use plusvisa.com and when you pay us to prepare and submit a visa application. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Terms.

1. What Plusvisa does

Plusvisa is an independent online visa application service. We help you complete the destination's application, check your answers and documents, submit the application to the relevant authority on your behalf and keep you updated on its progress.

We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate or immigration authority. You may be able to apply directly with the authority yourself, often for the government fee alone; our fee pays for our service on top of it.

2. No guarantee of a visa

Whether a visa is granted, and on what terms, is decided only by the destination's authority. We cannot influence that decision and do not promise any outcome. Holding a visa also does not guarantee entry: border officers make the final decision on arrival.

Our country guides and requirement information are prepared with care from official sources, but rules change, sometimes without notice. Check anything critical with the official source before you travel; each guide links to it where we can.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 to create an account and place orders. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree that:

  • everything you give us is true, complete and your own, and your documents are genuine;
  • you will check the application before you confirm it, including any details we filled in for you from your passport scan;
  • your passport meets the destination's validity requirements;
  • you will reply promptly if we or the authority ask for more information;
  • if you apply for other people, you have their permission (or, for a child, you are their parent or legal guardian) and you accept these terms on their behalf.

Errors or omissions in what you provide can lead to refusal, delay or a ban by the authority. We are not responsible for those consequences. We may decline or stop working on an application we believe is fraudulent, misleading or unlawful.

5. Prices and payment

Before you pay we show the total for your order, which can include:

  • the government fee, charged by the authority and passed on by us. Where it is set in another currency we convert it at the rate shown at checkout;
  • our service fee, for our work on your application;
  • processing speed, if you choose a faster option.

Payments are taken by our payment providers, Stripe or PayPal, in the currency shown at checkout. Your bank may add its own foreign exchange or card fees. Prices can change, but the price shown when you pay is the one that applies to that order.

6. Processing times

Processing times shown on the site (for example "5–7 business days") are estimates of how long the authority usually takes, based on past applications. They are not guaranteed. Authorities can take longer, ask for more documents or call you for an interview, and public holidays or system outages can cause delays. Choose travel dates and bookings that leave room for this.

7. Cancellations and refunds

You can ask us to cancel an order by emailing [email protected].

  • Before we submit your application, we cancel the order and refund the government fee and any part of our service fee not yet earned for work already done.
  • After submission, the government fee is usually non-refundable by the authority, and our service has been delivered.

If your visa is refused, what you get back is set out in our Refund Terms. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Nothing in these terms limits any right to a refund you have under the law of your country.

8. Using the site

You may use plusvisa.com only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not copy, scrape or resell our content or service, interfere with the site's security or operation, upload malicious files, or use it to submit applications for anyone without their permission.

All content on the site, including guides, text, design and logos, belongs to Plusvisa or its licensors. You may view and print it for your own use.

9. Our liability

We will provide our service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for decisions, delays, errors or fees of the authority, or for refused entry at the border;
  • we are not liable for indirect losses, or for travel costs such as flights, hotels or tours booked before your visa was issued;
  • our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Suspension and closing your account

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used fraudulently. Orders already submitted to an authority are not affected by closing an account.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service or the law. We publish each new version here with a new version number and effective date. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law and disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at [email protected]; most problems can be fixed quickly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve together will be heard by the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts.
